Booksale Set-Up
-
Friday before the Sale around 3:30 pm
-
1 hr. to break down the Community Room
-
Arrange furniture & set up the book sale tables in the community room
-
3 - 4 people
Book Sorting Crew
-
Receive and organize book boxes on the tables in the community room
-
Knowledge of the alphabet, reading, and ability to cooperate with others are a must
-
Able to lift boxes from 15 - 50 lbs.
-
Takes about 60-90 mins.
Book Moving Crew
-
Saturday of sale, 8-9 am
-
​Using carts, stack boxes of books and bring them from the back of the library into the community room
End of Sale Clean-Up
-
Consolidate boxes and bring all boxes back to receiving
-
From 1 - 2 pm
-
Put Tables away
